Reconnect with your body, nurture your heart, and embrace the art of being. This weekend of four transformative workshops offers space for rest, renewal, and self-discovery through yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation.
Each day ends with an optional kirtan—a 20–30 minute meditative singing session led by the lovely Camilla Walker. Whether you love to sing or prefer to simply listen, kirtan offers a safe and welcoming space to connect through the uplifting power of sound. No experience needed, just an open heart.
