Throughout my life, practising yoga taught me to relax, and how to find a way out of worries and stress. Yoga showed me the joys of being fit and strong, and taught me to self-reflect and accept life as it comes… Finally, yoga and my clarity work showed me that there was nothing to ‘find’ and that everything I was looking for is ‘right here, right now.’ All I could ever ‘do’ was to let go of the bondage that stopped me from experiencing the truth. For that, I will always be very grateful to both ‘the path of yoga’ and the ‘clarity process’, and the miracle that is life.

For many years I worked as a therapist. I have a huge fascination with the human psyche. Through my spiritual studies, which include the Clarity Process, and through applying this knowledge to my own life, I found that old conditioning is what holds us back from experiencing the reality of the present moment as it really is. It is this learning that I bring into all my teachings. I aim to enable my students to see past their old stories, freeing them up to experience the truth – the moment as it is now.

I love teaching stronger styles like Hatha or Vinyasa Flow, focusing on strength, stability and fitness. I also love slower practices like Yin Yoga, Restorative, Meditation and Yoga Nidra that allow you to drop in and get to know yourself better.

I feel grateful to my early teachers: Clive Sheridan, who taught me not to take anything too seriously, Taetske Kleijn, with whom I studied the Clarity Process, and also my training and work as a therapist.

As an avid student, I am continually evolving my practice through further training and study. I am always open to questioning previous teaching methods (including my own) and challenging myself, integrating new learning and insights into my classes.

As one of the founders of, I have thousands of regular students around the world following my online classes. The story behind started in Ireland, where I used to have a very small yoga studio, in the middle of nowhere. My classes were fully booked and I wanted to reach more students. I decided to make videos with my husband and put them on YouTube. They were a huge success, and so I had the idea of making longer classes and inviting other teachers with principles and philosophies that matched mine to participate. went live in September 2012 and has been growing ever since.

In addition to connecting with my students online, I love to connect with them personally at retreats, workshops, yoga festivals and teacher trainings all over the world – and in my weekly classes near Amsterdam!
